We were invited to join around 40 other leaders from Scottish tourism industry organisations to discuss and agree the priorities for action following the STF review of the Tourism Framework for Change. This day was exclusively for private sector industry to:

  • re-connect with the growth and development ambitions for Scottish tourism and be inspired to offer leadership to the sector
  • discuss and endorse the ‘Making a Step Change’ TFFC Review approach
  • explore what actions industry leadership bodies must take to ensure businesses have meaningful, useful and productive engagement in the processe
  • make recommendations to the public sector for their role and priorities

Workshop info

It was a good day with just the private sector and we made valuable connections with other destinations and other tourism organisations. The event was held in the Royal Hotel in Bridge of Allan but it was worth the travel! See documents below for more info, notes to follow.
