Marion and myself were invited to attend a Course Committee meeting of the Hospitality department at Moray College to discuss the report on “Employer engagement and Hospitality skills” which Lauren Bochel has produced.

The report is downloadable form the download page and we’re keen to develop an ongoing conversation with Moray College to develop courses and training for people looking for a carriere in Hospitality.
