Chef Culinaire, be different, be better event and Moray Chamber Business lunch

Chef Culinaire (CC) is our club for chefs, restaurateurs and food producers lead by Chef George McIvor of The Full Range Limited. An invitation has been extended to this group to visit the Fochabers site of Baxters Food Group. It is the ethos of Executive Chairman Audrey Baxter to use the best recipes and finest ingredients that can be found. In 1868, her great grandfather started out with the mission, “Be Different, Be Better”. Since then the family have endeavoured to do just that. Now CC can experience the magic of Baxters and find out more about their delicious business! First stop will be the Experimental Kitchen followed by a tasting of new products from the Baxters portfolio. The group will meet in the Gordon Room at 10.30am.
